The day is over, yeck it is a new day now and I better get to bed in a flash. I am so glad I got in my 30 minutes of step cardio and I also was able to workout on my bowflex and completed 30 minutes of weight training on my legs like I wanted too. Yey!! I feel like I am getting back on track and no longer slacking off now. Now I want it to become a consistent behavior for the rest of the week and when I complete that it become a habit to me and I am free sailing. Tomorrow I am off from work and I was supposed to go for a 2 mile jog with a friend tomorrow, but she has to go to a football game with her kiddos and I completely understand, so I will go be a jog with my little on in the morning to get some cardio in, then I will weight train for 30 minutes to 1 hour and call it a day. I did promise to find some yummies recipes to post and I will later today while my little one takes his nap. Well I am soon going to go to bed unless I find something else cool this morning.
