I finally got my little boy down for his nap. FINALLY!! We have been to the mall, inflatable wonderful, and McDonald’s Playland too. He looked tired and man am I too. I should start weight training right now, but… I wanna nap too. I guess there is no rest for the wicked huh? I guess I will get my big but up and workout my upper body. I will be working out my chest, biceps, triceps, lats, deltoids, upper and lower back and shoulders. Tressa, I will need the force to be with me on this one, lol. Well, I better go before this workout I planned does not happened.
