Hey all, it is finally hump day and I am looking forward to the weekend. Today I am a bit sore from working out with DH, but aside from the soreness I feel great because I know that the hard work will amount to get physical healthy inside and out! In a bit I will be popping in my Step aerobic DVD by Cathe so that I can sneak in some cardio today before I leave for work. I got caught up playing with my son that I did not get a chance to work on my legs on the bowflex this morning, darn!! I am not too upset because I love playing with my son. He so sweet!! If I get a chance I will post an interesting nutrition article or an interesting recipe that anyone can add to the current meal plans that is healthy and tasty too. Well I am off!!

    I normally miss a workout at least once a week from playing with my son. Sometimes it just needs to be done. Last night was one of those times.
