After yesterday’s workout and working a late shift tonight all I can say is that I am tired as hell!! I didn’t do much working out today like I wanted to, but at least I got a chance to workout my shoulders. I am proud of one more thing I did today before work. My son and I was at the park playing this morning and I decided to try and do 2 chin ups on the monkeys bars and guess what? I did it! I tried for 3 but my body decided to shut down on me in shock, lol. So, maybe the next time we go I will be able to do more!!

Well in a while I am going to climb into bed and rest so that I can get my sore, tired self ready for some cardio and weights tomorrow.
