Billy Blanks’ Tae Bo Amped

Okay, I am a sick puppy, but…. I just purchased the Tae Bo amped and it should be on it’s way in 6 days!! Hopefully a bit faster. I can not wait to try this one!! I know that I will sweat and burn calories with this and I will make sure to give a review on it as well because this maybe for you too.

I have a LOT of Billy VHS tapes that I used to LOVE doing in 2002 when I got back on the weightloss wagon. I would do them now, ‘cept hard to do on a beige/offwhite carpet when your sneakers leave black marks on it when working out (yes, tried…LOL).
