Back In The Swing Of Things
Yesterday was my first day back to eating clean, exercise, and drinking plenty of H20 and it was a challenge. I made it through the day with one cheat if you even count it a cheat. Late last night i was hungry so I had a cheese stick and a half of orange. So, I am proud. I only got in 30 minutes on the elliptical so before I head into work I will do 30 minutes of Tae bo amped, 15 minutes of the elliptical and 15 minutes of weights on my lower body. That area really needs the work because that is where I pack on the pounds first, the butt and thighs.
Today my body is feeling a bit better with getting back on track because prior I was feeling chunky and weighed down. I guess eating too much of a good thing can be bad too. Well, I am off to play with my son and workout these darn legs. I hope that you all have a great day today and I will chat later!
