September 1st!! What Is Your Weight Loss Goal For October 1st?
Posted by: Natasha in Weight Loss TipsI can’t believe it is already September 1st!! It’ school time for some and for the rest of us the same routine is still into affect. But with that said it is a new month to start off fresh and move forward with our weight loss goals. As I mention previously, I made it back to my goal weight with is 160 pounds in August by following the same principles I learned through Nutrisystem with my very own foods!!
Now, I am ready to take on my next goal which is to lose 5 more pounds this month and gain more muscle tone. As a result this will be my October 1st goal.
What about you? Did you put on a gain and are slightly off track? Or looking to loss some weight to get the body ready for next summer? Whatever you goal is, big or small you can do it!! Just take each day at a time and break your goal into small reasonalble ways to obtain it. By doing this you will feel so proud of yourself that you will be ready to create another weight loss goal each month. That is how I did it when I lost my weight with Nutrisystem successfully and using Nutrisystems product too.
One tool I used to help me lose weight each month was by giving myself a reward system. One month I would give myself a treat to a pedicure if I met my 5 pound goal, or another month I would buy a pair of new shoes. It doesn’t have to be extravagent but something that will make you feel good and that item can turn into a reflection of your weight loss. I remember one reward I gave myself. The goal was be half to my goal weight by Christmas 2005 and reward myself with new a coach bag!!! That meant that I had to loss 32.5 pounds from September 2005- December 2005 and I was really excited about that because I never owned a real Coach handbag before. So, I would post a picture on that bag on my fridge as a constant reminder and when I got to that goal I was jumping for joy and into my car to go purchase my new bag and wallet that Christmas.
