I could sure use some new workouts.  Don’t you get bored of the same routine??? I know I do. Tae Bo here, step aerobics there. Please tell me what you like to lose weight to?

At any rate, today was a very successful day so far.  I ate 100% to my meal plan, drank all my water, and in 1 hour I will be exercising to Kelly Robert’s Step It Strong DVD. It includes Interval Stepping with weights plus slow and full body training. My downfall is late night snacking, so I am testing myself today. Wish me luck on not falling tonight. What I am doing is saving my last snack after I exercise this evening so that I will not go to bed HUNGRY and ready to snack, snack, SNACK!! My goal is to loose 2 pounds this week. Check back next week for the results.

 

Off to Step off the pounds
