Good grief, I have been such a slacker the past month and the scale shows. It is still at 165! I am so tired of talking about this number and seeing the number. So, what am I going to do about it? I am going to lock up that slacking, snacking, lazy girl up and get back to my goal. Hell, summer is around the corner and I want to look awesome in my jeans, suit, shorts, everything!! Hell, I am so inspired. . I was watch the Visionquester’s Vlog and she was doing 20 chin ups. You rock girl!! I can only do 5. hee hee. It’s a start and I want to push at more. Check her out!! She is the bomb!!!

My plan of action will be as follows:

  1. eat my meals as planned and put a stop to snack at night. I will also stop working on the computer late at night which is my downfall. I am close to the kitchen and that’s when the snacking begins and don’t end. I will just go up to bed at 10:00pm and if I am not tired I will read. I purchase two books to read this month one is a auto biography of Chanel and a fictional book called Barefoot.
  2. I will get my exercise in on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday when DH is home. It is kind of hard to workout with your child is interrupting your concentration.
  3. Drink, drink, DRINK lot of water!! Heck, I have a bottle right in front of me as I type. I just need to take a chug now. Gulp, done!

Well, in a bit I will be taking the young one to the mall to play and maybe sneaking so shopping too. Then when I return home I will clean and hop on the elliptical for 15 minutes and lift for biceps and triceps. Once the little guy is in bed I will pop in my dvd and workout to Jari. Until then here is some inspiration for the mind:

  1. Hello Natasha,

We all stumble, fall short, and bump heads with Adversity and Setbacks. Just keep risin’ to your feet after every fall until you can complete the task before you.

Difficult? Most definitely! Impossible? Not! Been there. Done that. If I can do it, you can do it.
