Feeling Stronger!!

I am feeling stronger!! I finally got DH to take a fews pics tonight between playing with our son. I still need a full body shot, but I will get that soon. I don’t remember being this toned last fall and I now I will look harder soon. Tasha’s gettin ripped too Tressa. Love ya girl. So far my stats are:

  1. weight: 160
  2. BMI: 22
  3. Body Fat: 18% (I really need to get to the gym and get that re-checked)

I can’t believe it is October 9th. I remember giving myself a goal to be between 150-155 and look I have been slacking and just maintaining my 160lbs for the past month. So everyone please send the cyber kicks now. I have been browsing some fitness and
bodybuilding blogs and I have been so inspired by how hard some of the athletes train and now I will get my act together for real now. I am not competing or anything of that nature, but I really love the look of muscle on a toned body and I want that result for myself now and if I decide to compete than so be it. But now I will really, really, really.. Opps my record is broken, lol. I will really get my act together.

A few minutes ago DH and I worked out together and we have not worked out together in a long, long time. We did calisthenics on our back and abdomen area and man I know I am going to be sore tomorrow, but that’s all good for me!!

Well, I am going to get ready for the showers and bed time so that I can be ready to get up and workout early in the morning before our son wakes up. I have to work late tomorrow so I want to sneak in a workout (cardio!!) for sure.
