It is so nice to see results after a week of eating clean, exercising and lifting!! I know I sound like a broken record, but it is. I can visually see the difference on my body and with my scale too. My clothes are fitting right again and I am starting to see more definition on my back and arms. Yey! A healthy lifestyle is so rewarding!!

Today I am feeling again sore from my weight training on Thursday and Friday. So, today I just did my cardio and 10 minutes of ab workouts. I could not do anymore because I am so exhausted from working 3-11pm and staying up until 2:00am this morning. Then I went to work from 11-7pm today. In a bit I am going to sleep because I have to get up early in the morning for work at 6:30am. Depending on how I feel tomorrow I may take a break from my cardio workout for the day and just lift weights. Tonight I was doing step aerobics and was just fatigued and moving slow..
I have got to stay focused so that I can reach my goal of 155 by Christmas. It’s not too unreal just 10lbs!! I was just watching extreme makeover on The style channel. I love that show!!The best part is the transformations people go through to improve imperfections. What also intrigues me is how the candidates that are selected for the show lose from 15-30lbs in 3-4 weeks and look AWESOME!! How in the world do they do that? Well I guess it helps to have fitness guru Michael Thurmmand to assist, huh? I sure wish I was on that Show they could give me a breast lift/augmentation and a tummy tuck and I would be on cloud nine!! What about you?   1. I want shoulder implant LOL! I actually would want a mini-abdominoplasty. That stinkin pooch on my stomach drives me crazy!!! I had to get to 107 lbs and eat dry chicken and drink no water just to get it flat.
