Day 13 &14: Rest
Posted by: Natasha in Weight loss challenges, What's Up With Natasha Today?After my vigorious workout on Thursday which was completing 60 minutes of step and weight training and then going for a 2 mile walk/job and decided to take a break. My body is so tired from working full time and working out and I was worried that if I over trained that I would injure myself. Tomorrow will be a different story because again I am still maintaining my weight at 165 but my goal is to be at 160 on thanksgiving. So for the remainder of my challenge I have my fridge stocked with healthy foods only because I just came from the grocery store a few hours ago. Man I purchase Alot of stuff. I purchase
- tuna steaks
- salmon
- shrimp
- chicken
- green beans, zucchini, squash, red potatoes, yams
- cabbage greens ( detoxing starting tomorrow. lol)
- almonds and much, much more.
I also went ahead and purchase all of my thanksgiving foods too. Did I mention that I cook every year and everyone comes to my house for dinner that day? So I got a lot of goodies and the only thing that I should have to go to the store for is produce items and that’s all this year. Yippee!! last I swear I was in the store on thanksgiving day 3 times in a row and this year I am not forgetting a thing! Does that ever happened to you? I hate it!
So anyway my fridge is ready for some clean eating and weight loss! I am also excited because my Tae bo amped arrived in the mail today so tomorrow morning or evening I will be doing that for my cardio and working out my legs!! I can’t wait!!
Well, in a bit I will be browsing the web and then vegging out on the couch because I am so tired. however, I may just go to bed. Anyway I will chat later!
