Hi everyone, Yesterday went way much better with my food choices. My only problem with yesterday is that I did not get my cardio in or lift. I worked and came home and just relaxed!! So today I am going to do the same with my food choices, but I am going to do 90 minutes of cardio today!! YES I AM! (I am convincing myself,lol) In a sec I will do a 30 minutes step workout and at 10:00 I will be working out to Fit TV with Cathe Friedrich. She has a step and body sculpting segment on for 60 minutes (maybe more like 40 minutes with the commercials and all) but I am going to pump it up so I can get the scale moving down. It is stuck on 165 today and that is okay because I will fix that now. I am almost half away through my challenge and I really want to be down to 161 or even 160 and then my Christmas challenge Begins. (Yes another one) I have to do another because I do not want too gain 20Lbs over the holidays like I did last year and so far good. Well, I better stop chatting and get working out. I will be back soon to chat more.
