Oh man I am exhausted. Today started off great with my meal plan until I nose dived into my son’s Peanut Butter and Jelly fixation. That was totally way off my plan and then to make matter worse a monster made me purchase a hamburger and fries too for dinner! Ugh!! I was tired and on the road taking my son to his grandpa’s house. So, I guess according to the Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle book. The authors says to have at least one to two cheat days a week… Well, I guess this is my one and only cheat that I will have this week. I have already so my meals laid out for me for tomorrow so there is no excuse for me to cheat, and since my son will be with grandpa tomorrow I will definitely get my sleep in and get my cardio in before work. I was going to do my cardio today with step aerobics, but I can not even step up with this sore body. The best thing I can do is workout my shoulders as planned and take a nice hot bath to relax my muscles for tomorrow.

Anyway enough excuse huh? Did you all see the biggest loser tonight? I missed the first hour since I was driving home, but it appears that Ryan goes home this week. Now, if you did watch the show, can you clue me in on what the black team won from the challenge? Is it really true that they won SUV’s? If so that is way cool!! What did they have to do to win it? Please, PLEase, PLEASE, tell? Well, I am going for now to relax.

Have a great night all!

  1. That is cramming a lot into one post, anyway yes the idea of a cheating day is that you keep your metabolism off balance so that it does not think that you are starving, but you already know that I guess. I love hamburgers from Wendys, they are crap and greasy but I still think that they taste good.

Yes the two people in one of the challenges each won a hybrid SUV. Julie saw the cars and started crying. She spilled her story about how she decided to make the heart wrenching decision to stay at home after her baby was born a few years ago and the sacrifice that she had to make was to get rid of their second car. When this story came out I knew that she was going to win.

I promised not to post about the Biggest Loser because of Neils crap that he pulled so I am going to use this comment to rant a bit.

Anyway my wife decided to stay home with the kids when they were born and we have really suffered for it (our choice of course) and there has never been a thought of getting a second car. My wife has the car in case she needs it and I ride a bike so I think we would not be shedding any tears over another car or not having another car.

Hope today eating is going well for you

  2. Hey Bill!!

Thanks so much for the info on the Biggest Loser show! That is way cool about the SUV! I know I would want one too. My Montero Sport is beginning to die on me and I would so love a new SUV, but like you we would have to wait. I work now, but for 3 1/2 years I decided to stay at home too with our son and there are sacrifices made in order to do that, you know?

That is awesome that you bike to work! That is an awesome way to stay in shape!! No wonder you look wonderful.

Eating went much better yesterday and today it will be awesome because I will be eating well and movin’.

Well, with saying that I better get movin’!! Have a great day :)
