Cardio. Done!!
Posted by: Natasha in Weight loss challenges, What's Up With Natasha Today?I feel so much better now. I just got home from work at 8:30pm and I was going to not workout tonight. I know! Not workout? No way!! The reason why I was not going to workout is because I am starting to feel sore from my leg/butt workout I did yesterday. I feel like my muscles are swollen especially around my left knee cap. It’s mostly likely a build up of lactic acid, but nothing too serious. Anyway after I got my little off to night night land. I braved the T.V. and popped in Billy Blanks tae bo cardio workout and completed the 30 minute workout. Yey!! I am happy because now I feel great that I done it and I also burned off an additional 460 calories by doing so. Now I can truly rest for the evening feeling like I meet my plan today and I can further move forward to tomorrow. That’s right the workouts continue. I will workout my upper body and abdominals with weights and then later that evening I will got for a 2 mile jog with my friend in the neighborhood and burn more cals. Well, I am off for now to look for some new recipes and if I find one I will share it with you all too!

go nat!!! i so didnt wanna do anything yesterday either but i kept saying in my mind, something like… ‘once you start, that’s half the battle… by that time, i’ll say one more rep/set!’ and wouldn’t ya know.. i got in my workout for the day plus the one i missed & one hr. of cardio!! keep it going
