My BSN Lean Dessert Protein Shake is Here!!
I am so excited my BSN Lean Dessert Protein Shake is here and I love it. I ended up ordering it from bodybuilding.com since my local GNC did not carry this item in stock. If you ever need some supplements and other fitness info got to bodybuilding.com. The ordering process so easy!! I ordered it on Friday and it came as fast as Tuesday!! Way cool. So if I need anything else I will definitely order from them again.
The shake I ordered was the chocolate fudge pudding and it is wonderful! To give it a more shake consistency I did add skim milk and 1/2 cup of ice. YUMMY!! I think I will like it much better than the muscle milk. Now don’t get me wrong the muscle milk taste great, however it was too many calories for me especially since I am trying to loss fat still and lean up. The nutrition for the BSN is:
Recommended Use for Females: As a dietary supplement, take 1 heaping scoop of BSN Lean Dessert Protein (equaling 20 grams of protein) with 4-5 oz. of cold water or any beverage or your choice. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk or your favorite soy beverage.

I was literally getting too big (gaining more weight) and I don’t want to look too muscular like the women bodybuilders. I really just want to lean up like the professional figure pros you see in Oxygen magazine or at bodybuilding.com. So, I am going to give this a trial run for 4 weeks and see what results I get from using this product in addition to cardio, weight training, and healthy eating too. If you are looking for a new protein shake check this one out!

Andrea!! Thanks for visiting. I did not know about the light version. maybe I will try that next time because I was bulking up big time with the other version and man was it good too. hee hee
How are you doing on the Lean Dessert? Funny, I have been doing it for about three weeks and my weight loss is not as great as it was on ON protein shake? I have been mixing it with Light Soy Milk (8th Continent)? Wanted to see how you have been doing…
Hi Bob?
Thanks for visiting!! You know what I noticed the same things the weight loss it a bit slower, but I noticed more muscle mass building. I guess I was getting a bit leaner when using this product. So far I love it and I have been using it for almost a month now and still enjoy the taste.
Visit end of march I will be posting progress pics since my mind is serious about getting ready for summer now, hee hee
Heey i was interested in your post, im a guy about 65 kg’s and i started skinny but i have bulked up, big pecs very defined trisceps and bis latts 6 pacl traps wings etc. I was wondering does this help you in your building for musscle?? Thanks alot
Are you still using the Lean Dessert. I started using it off of your recommendation several months ago and started losing weight. I also started following a no sugar/low glycemic diet. I actually dislocated my arm last year so I haven’t been to the gym in a while and my weight got up to 287 (lowest i can get is 215). Doing the low glycemic diet with the lean dessert I have lost 30 lbs. A while back I ran out and had to buy a container of Target protein powder and my weight started going back up. Then I switched to ON and I very slowly was losing a bit of weight, but I found I didn’t want to drink it because of the taste. I am back to the lean dessert.
Hi Vincent!!
I am actually still using it since my weight went back up again after the easter holidays and I love it. I use it to supplement my afternoon snack and sometimes if I am too busy to cook breakfast I use it as a replacement too. I love the taste and would recommend it to everyone!
Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend

Hi Baby!!
Thanks for checking out my site!
You will love the BSN protein shake! I still use it today. Through my use of BSN it did not make me gain weight because it is low in calories compared to other shakes I have tried in the past. Believe your trainer, he is right!
Have a great weekend
Thanks for the helpful ideas. I\’m definitely book marking this site.
Hey Natasha!
Girl, I just found this blog of yours where you talk about BSN Lean Dessert Protein.
Tell me. You wrote this in January. It is now the end of the year. I was going to buy EAS but then a friend of mine told me she uses this and that she’s getting great results.
My question is the following. Even after going from size 18 to 10, I’m still on blood pressure medication. Does this have anything that is going to give me the jitters or make my heart race? I’m so scared of supplements for this reason.
Tell me something, because I’d like to try it but not if it’s not going to be good for me. :0)
And where are some recent pictures girl! I’ll be posting some new ones by mid January on my site.
Thanks for all the encouragement, Natasha! You are amazing. Have a GREAT end of year and awesome New Year!
Yes, any protein shake make you heart race. I’m not sure why, but I heard it from different people.
I dont know where you might think that all protein shakes give you the jitters. Only protein shakes with caffeine or any other stimulants would do that. Being on protein shakes alone would not do anything, it would react like any other food. There are good low calorie protein powders with no stimulants in it. THAT BEING SAID, lean dessert protein DOES have ELG stimulators (energy, leaning and growth stimulators). So anyone with heart issues might have a problem with it. But that is why it is so good at helping you lose weight.
Linda, if you can have coffee or other stimulant drinks, I would say that it is ok to take this. Just stay off any extra stimulants. Hope this helps!
Hi -
I just ordered the BSN lean dessert shake in the chocolate fudge and vanilla flavor. Is it making you bulk up? I am looking to use it as a meal replacement to drop weight fast before a wedding!
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks,
S
When I used the BSN it did not bulk me up. I used it as a meal replacement like you are. Good luck with your weight loss for your special day
Hi Natasha-
It has been awhile since your last posts, are you still using the BSN? I am not looking to lose weight just to get more lean. I workout about 5 times a week doing a lot of circuit training and can’t seem to get enough protein. I have heard a lot of great things and am curious to what your overall experience was like?
i just started this today and i weighed myself how soon do you start losing weight?
