I can not believe that I am still up right now. I really should be in bed sleep, but that is okay because I am off from work tomorrow!! Yahooooooo!! I will be nice to have a break from make-up and hang out with my little guy all day long and see DH later that evening. Well, I did manage to go for a long walk after work for exercise instead of doing step aerobics tonight and I feel great!! Tomorrow I will weight train and do a lot of cardio since I am home. I think I will also read while my son takes his nap as well. I really want to finish Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle so that I can start the plan asap. See Tressa! I will speed read, hee hee :) I want to be strong like you and maybe compete too. It sounds like fun and a awesome way to get in to the ultimate shape and inspire others too.

Later tomorrow DH promise to take pictures of me in some of my fall clothes that I bought so that I can show and tell to you all. So keep your fingers crossed that he follows through which I know he will. Well, I am off to close my eyes and rest. Chat later!!

    whooo! go girl!! i hope you are enjoying your day off! it’s a busy day here at work- plus it’s cold & blah. check out my newest progress pic- after a week of strict diet & cardio. i got 1 1/2 hrs to do later, along with 20 mins of bench stepping & my chest workout!!!!!! 8-| it’ll ALL be worth it, right???????? RIGHT! ;-)
