It’s Friday!! How are you feeling after all of that Thanksgiving celebrating? Did you eat too much and ready to hit the gym? I know I am. Well, here is a fit tip that I am sure every woman would want to have which are perky breast. Ever since I lost the weight my chest lost every bit of perkiness I had. So, I am willing to try every trick in the fit tip book to achieve it.
I was browsing on Oxygen, I know that is one of my favorite fitness resources because they are full of great for training tips for us losing weight and leaning out the body. But they showed a great way to workout the chest area and get them firm. The movement looks tough, but the results will be awesome!! Check it out and give it a try. As far as Thanksgiving…. I ate way TOO much!! I blew it too, but the great thing is that we can get back on track and start off fresh again until Christmas, lol.

so how did the work out go??? like you i lost about 50 pounds and as a result my dds aren’t as perky as once before i miss the shape of them. so how did the work out go for you did it work?

Honestly, my pectoral muscles got stronger and you can feel the muscle definition, but I still feel like I need a lift, for sure.
