i was thinking about nutrisystem again… actually i had boxes left in my closet… but they were quite old and so i chucked it all. you could maybe do a month of it to help get you started….
krissa did isagenix and lost 8lbs in 2 weeks, so i looked into that. i definitely know how you feel- life gets so crazy busy and i know, for me, if i try to cram everything thing i get run down so easily.
good job on the healthy eating and working out.. at least you’ve got that down- seems like i can’t still!! gaaaaahhh… i need to snap out of this funk!

I want to do NS again, but that is money from shopping for clothes, lol. I am such a material girl.
I will have to check out the Isagenix. What is it? If I get time I will research later today and see what the reviews are.
Tressa, You will get it together just take baby steps and not try to conquer everything. I know when I do that I shut down and don’t do anything. I will let you know if I start NS again. I will make a decision at the end of this month. I just want to see If I can get most off on my own.

hmm from what i know it looks somewhat like nutrisystem, being that it has shakes and snacks but it’s also supposed to be a “cleanse” diet program.. 9 or 30 day i think it was. that too is “shopping money”!!! i hear ya on that one! plus, i’m trying to save for wedding..possibly a house!! so i’m trying to get my butt in gear and come up with a working plan & realistic goals. love the pic in the above post…. thanks for the added motivation, i just gotta move on and leave the past junk behind.
