Workout DVD’s:Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

Wow, is all I have to say.  I am sore as hell after starting this workout DVD by Jillian Michaels called Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred. I am glad to be sore because that means I am on my way to shredding off this excess weight for good! (20 pounds that is, but hopefully less when I weight in tomorrow.) This workout is great for any workout level given that she includes her 3-2-1 Interval System that combines strength, cardio, and abs to burn through calories for a awesome 30 day weight loss.

The DVD includes three 20 minute workouts which progress by level of intensity. I am so glad there was a level one, because I have not workout at my advance level in a long time and if I did I would have hurt myself, lol. So,  this was a great start and man was I out of breath and out of shape.

I feel that this is a great workout for someone starting to exercise and does not have access to a gym. All you will need is a set of dumbbells. I started of with 5′s and I will begin to increase it up to 8lbs next weeks. I you need a new workout get Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred.

8 Week Summer SlimDown

I think I am ready for a challenge now. I was thinking to myself today, that I need something new to try. A different workout plan, meal plan, and mind set to follow. I feel like I am doing the same thing with eating and workouts and I am boring myself to death. So I decided to hop on my favorite site which is bodybuilding.com and believe me it has been a long time since I have visited this site.

However, I came across this 8 week summer slimdown plan to follow in order for me to reach my goal and not lose focus. I like that it maps out a eating plan and workout to following which I feel I need right now. Something to follow and say hey Natasha do this today or cook this today to get me going. Now, I am contemplating should I start this plan effective tomorrow? Or wait until the 4th of July celebrating is over? I am thinking, I am not going to over eat anyway, because I do not want to screw up my week. So I guess why not start tomorrow? Check this out and if you are up for a challenge join me and we can do it together. Well I better get my grocery list together so that I can have everything ready to get started.
