Get Fit Tuesday Week 3: No loss, Too Much Easter

Hi my getting fit and healthy friends out there! How was your Easter holiday? Did you all have a great time this past weekend? I know I had fun with friends and family and watching our son hunt vigorously for Easter eggs filled with lots of candy. Did I say candy? I said it and ate way too much of it too. Along with all of the Easter fixin’s too. Needless to say, I did not lose anything this past because I am retaining water like crazy, but I will not let that get me down at all. It is just temporary.

How did you do this past week. Did you have better news to report? If so please free, if not still do. Maybe we can work things out and have a plan of action for next week, for real! Anyway check out my video to get the full story and plan of action for next week.

411ftshjwnl_sl160_Update: I just finished my 35 minutes of Tae bo!!! I can not believe that I made it through the entire workout! I am tired as hell and I know that I will be sore as hell tomorrow too, but that is okay. It is for a good cause.
