Flirty Girl Fitness may have an OK product but their company is scamming people for money by signing you up for automatic shipment and selling your information to telemarketers which will politely “let you know” that you will be receiving offers that are not free and you will be charged unles of course you cancel it. I did not sign up for anything like that and I and furious that FGF does it to their customers….many people have been charged for many months…I am replacing my card…
Eva is absolutely right. The product is okay, but a year later, I’m still getting charges for things I have never authorized or purchased. The extremely rude, pushy telemarketing calls started a year ago, RIGHT after ordering FGF dvds and have not stopped since. These dvds are all right for exercising, but DO NOT GIVE FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!! They WILL sell it and you WILL be stuck with unwanted phone calls, charges, and products that you do NOT want. Beware, beware, beware!

So true. I made it know I wanted to purchase only one dvd and They sent vitamins too. I thought I had it straight last month but I saw another charge to my credit card, without my permission. Total scam!!!
I actually bought the product, and haven’t had any other delivery or charges to my credit card. When you place the order be sure to tell them that you don’t want any thing else delivered just the package you chose. And if you are still concerned about extra monthly charges use a prepaid debit card that way if they do send you something and try to charge you, you have the product with no fee. Just a thought. As for the diet plan, the foods are healthy for example a fresh stir fry of mixed veggies and baked chicken. The meals might be a little bit more expensive if you aren’t used to buying fresh fruits and veggies or lean meat and fish. Overall I love the product, I can feel the burn just after one day and its working the areas I’ve always been uncomfortable with.
This Flirty Girl Fitness Pole is not only Life Threatening and Dangerous but also annoying to say the least. I purchased my Flirty GIrl Fitness Pole and DVD’s. I actually had my Pole professionally installed since I had metal studs and wanted to make sure it was installed correctly. The problem for me and anyone else who is right-hand strong is that you go around the pole clockwise. The pole screws and unscrews at the bottom so you get around the pole about three times and the pole starts unscrewing from the bottom. If you have ever seen what happens when poles go wrong on youtube than you’ll know what is bound to happen with this pole. I contacted Customer Service via email since they are not opened Saturday and Sunday and am waiting to hear what their suggestions are on this matter. I literally tighten the bottom with the key with my foot so it was as tight as you could possibly get it so this is not the reason for it unscrewing constantly and I weigh 115 lbs. so it’s not because of a weight issue either. I am very unsatisfied and think I should have done what everyone said to do and purchase a lil mynx or X-pole. It seems this is just another you get less than what you paid for scam. Oh and the poles on the videos are not what you get., just an FYI
I purchased this entire workout series–including the pole. Let me just say, the dvds DO work! I lost weight within the first few days and that really made me want to continue. As of right now (about 2 months into using these videos) I have lost a total of 80 pounds! And that was without changing my diet, though once you start feeling better about yourself, you’ll want to treat your body better and I have now begun eating healthier.
As for the pole that comes with this series, quite frankly it’s cheap. It IS NOT the same pole the girls are using on the DVD. Why did they do this? Maybe because a decent pole costs around $300. If you are serious about Pole Dancing, I recommend that you purchase a real pole from X Pole. I got the Kendra Sport Pole 45mm because I have small hands. It was about $324 but it is WORTH it if you are serious.
I wish all of you ladies the best of luck loosing that unwanted weight, and just remember to stick with it! You’ll be happy you did in the end, I know I am!
I never bought the dvds but I do want to get one. I used the program back when it was offered for awhile on On Demand on comcast a few years back and it was amazing. I didn’t expect how intense it would be. My cousin and I did it together and we couldn’t move the entire next day we were so sore. I lost a good amount of weight using just the booty beat program. I want to just get the DVDs thought without all the extra stuff they try to push on you.
The DVDs are amazing, and fun! However, I will never order from the company again, due to lack of customer assistance. I ordered my DVDs and paid for rush shipping (roughly $15), and didn’t get the package until over a week lateR (rush shipping is 3-5 days). I was also charged for items I didn’t want on my order, and when calling customer service, I was told it would be removed. A few days later, I was still not refunded, and upon calling customer service again, I was told that they can no longer refund me for extras I never even asked for!
Long story short: The workouts and DVDs are EXCELLENT and work wonderfully! They just now need to work on their customer service.
As far as FGF is concerned, I haven’t bought their product, but can tell you from what I’ve seen and the pole fitness classes that I have done, it is the most fantastic exercise out there! It will get you in shape like nothing else! I would recommend though, finding a pole fitness studio in your area and taking classes. And if you feel compelled to buy a your own pole, which isn’t a bad idea, go with a quality one like Lil’ Mynx or X-Pole. As for diet, I would highly recommend reading and following the principle of South Beach. Easiest diet, in terms of sticking to it, I’ve ever been on! And the approach to it is that an off day for a party or something is a treat. Allow yourself to enjoy it. After being on it and eating a bunch of fatty party foods for a day, you’ll want to go back to eating healthy! Trust me! I lost 60 pounds using what I learned from their diet principles. I’ve also converted a whole lot of body fat to muscle from pole fitness. Most fun you’ll ever have getting fit!
I used flirty girl fitness a few years back on demand to lose baby weight and that I did. I was in the best shape of my life. Had another baby and could no longer find FGF on demand so I decided to order it. If you are looking to order the dvd’s…I suggest that you do it through another company than the actual Flirty Girl website. The first time I ordered they had no record and I didnt receive my package. Once my order was finally submitted on their end it took about a month to receive. Yesterday they took 2 seperate charges of $26.98 out of my account for unwanted items. When ordering…I saw that I needed to cancel future shipments of the E-Boost and I did cancel it, before I even received my order. One of the $27 charges was for the E-Boost, the exact tyhing I cancelled over a month ago!! The other $27 charge was for a dvd that I never ordered and was never warned about!! FlirtyGirlFitness is a group of crooks. I ordered the dvd’s because I needed them not because I wanted them to just start sending and chargin me for a bunch of unwanted items. I origionally paid $18 for exactly what I wanted now they are charging me more than that for unwanted items. And customer Service is a joke…I will be waited on an unwanted package to get here for about a month, then I have to return the items(I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING), pay for tracking on the package, they informed me today that the refund process takes a few weeks and then wait for the refund to go through the banks. This is the worst online shopping experience that I have experienced yet. I am very dissatisfied, to say the least!!
I bought the flirty girl fitness about three weeks ago. the workout is intense and definitely gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. Great fun workout DVD. I did receive the E boost and another dvd about three days after i received FGF (which i did receive within the 3-5 day rush shipping). i did not ask for the extra goodies, and i was not warned about them. when i got them i thought they were free gifts for purchasing the FGF workout. But come to find out they do charge. Lucky for me, i bought the FGF workout with a pepaid card i no longer use, so if they want to continue to send me free gifts thats their perogative! overall i am impressed with what i purchased but i agree with the whole thing of them trying to scam people as far as sending them things they do not ask for. thats not right.
I posted on here previously…just got two seperate charges of $19.99 on my credit card!! They are continuing to scam me. They said they would refund it and then shorted me $14.00 in the refund amount. I will say it again…Buy this product elsewhere if you must have it!!

I have wanted to get this program for a long time now because I have gained the dreaded freshmen fifteen (college freshman curse lol). I origianlly wanted the product for the pole kit but due to recent “negative” reviews, I think I will refrain from doing so. Truly, I just want to lose weight and have fun. However, more and more reviews are showing that the company distributing this product scams people like no other. How, being a real broke college student, can I get what I want without being scammed for more money? :/

Wow! I always read reviews before purchasing due to bring scammed in the past. Now I know not to purchase this product, specifically from FGF. What a horrible company. Maybe I’ll get a prepaid card and go that route.
I love the workout its awsome n wen u pay for it just don’t use ur credit card buy one of those walmart visa giftcards n use that. Thats wat I did. N it totally works. Plus I got the product in a week n it relly does give u an awsome workout u just have to try it I’m watchin my calories but idk if thatsguna help me lose weight cuz I can’t afford to go out n buy the real healthy foods I need to eat on theflirty girl guide packet thing but I just watch how much I eat so I don’t eat too much
i ordered the basic set of dvds that are advertised on tv for 9.99, which really came to $17.22 after tax & shipping… then i start getting constant phone calls from a number that does not have and id nor do they leave a message, and i mean they called constantly…morning, noon, & nite!…finally i answered & it was flirty girl fitness & i told them to stop calling or at least leave a message… now i just got charged $26.98 for additional dvds they said i ordered, which i did not! i am furious!

I just ordered the product…well needless to say after reading this I called and canceled my debit card and ordered a new one…so should they run that card number it wont go thru!! I DO NOT have any extra cash for them to take!! I wanted to try the videos because my blood pressure is up and I will have to go back on meds if I don’t lose weight and keep my bp down! Plus I’m hoping to successfully conceive my 2nd child early next year!! I hope the workout works and I’m glad I read this tonight so I could get a new card ordered and that one canceled! DO NOT BUY Flirty Girl Fitness!!! It is a scam!! I’ve had 2 charges on my credit card since my initial purchase that I did not order. They gave me a very hard time when I tried to cancel and get my refund. I finally got the refund for the product and then they tried to keep the shipping $. VERY DIFFICULT do not deal with this company!
I thoroughly love Flirty Girl, although, I have only used the first two DVD’s that come with your initial order because YES the company does in fact sell your info to telemarketers and …… yes I had more charges on my card afterwards that I did not authorize I ended up having to change my account number and replace my card. But back to the work out itself, OMG! Yes its stellar, very worth the money, and if I could get the entire collection without hassle I would. I love to dance as it is, and this was an inexperienced womans way of stepping up her moves and losing the weight! I lost inches before numbers, but it was VERY noticeable the first week, my fiance was thrilled coudln’t keep his hands off me and of course my clothes falling off was exciting enough for me to keep using.
