		<description>Hey girl... you phrased that "stop late night snacking!" in the negative... which will only make you think about it more. I find the key is to about what you "will" be doing instead. Focus on what TO do rather on what Not to do. Make a list...be prepared to fight the late night munchies.. they attack virtually all of us.
