It is thanksgiving day and I know that you all are probably enjoying the wonderful company of friends and family as you are surrounded by wonderful food and entertainment. I know I have prepared a wonderful spread for my friends and family to enjoy this afternoon. It’s a traditional thanksgiving dinner that I will enjoy today and today only. I will make sure that I keep my portion under control without stressing a bit. but after the day is over I will be back to the gym and on to my next challenge which is a Christmas challenge, lol.
