I just had my snack today for the first time and it was a light Yoplait yogurt in the lemon creme pie flavor. It was so good!!! I had that and a half banana to get me through my ab workout and to last me until dinner. I swear I was eating a piece of pie and even my son wanted some and kept asking for more, lol.
