Thanks for checking up on us. DH went back to work today and Arman and I are feeling better too. Today will be the first day back to so real exercise. Tae Bo here I come and I will workout on DH bowflex in a bit too.

I did start to read the book. The beginning seems to have a lot of his background info, but now I am in the chapter of setting goals and making realistic ones. I am so trying to speed read through it to get to the meat and potatoes of the book, lol. I believe he gives out suggested meal plans and workout too, so I can't wait to get to that part. I am hoping Arman takes a nap so I can read.
