I ran everywhere when I was growing up but I haven't ran since I was 15. I was diagnosed with asthma and thought running would make me sick. When I was 18 I ran for 6 weeks while I was in basic training in the Air Force but that expierenced was short lived. I started running some back in August but taht was a rather short stint too. I've recenlty picked it back up because I have committed myself to run a 5K portion in the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon at the end of April. I am scared to death of this. As I am running during the week, I want to cry because I am not sure if I can succeed. Your post has brought me new inspiration!
