Absolubly agree with the first one. Swimming is a great way for exercise, not many people think of it as fat burning as gym exercise but in calorie count the burning is pretty much the same. The key is to find exercise that you like, not only swimming but biking and dancing should be considered as exercise.
Don’t really agree with the second part of your post though, about the protein powder.
