I have a very busy life, i am a single parent and have a full time job so do not have time to go to the gym. It might be abit expensive to buy but if you think of how expensive going to the gym is it will work out a lot cheaper in the long run and you can keep fit in front of the T.V. too! Having a home gym sounds like a great idea and something i have not thought of befeor looking at this.
