Wow, is all I have to say. I am sore as hell after starting this workout DVD by Jillian Michaels called Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred. I am glad to be sore because that means I am on my way to shredding off this excess weight for good! (20 pounds that is, but hopefully less when I weight in tomorrow.) This workout is great for any workout level given that she includes her 3-2-1 Interval System that combines strength, cardio, and abs to burn through calories for a awesome 30 day weight loss.
The DVD includes three 20 minute workouts which progress by level of intensity. I am so glad there was a level one, because I have not workout at my advance level in a long time and if I did I would have hurt myself, lol. So, this was a great start and man was I out of breath and out of shape.
I feel that this is a great workout for someone starting to exercise and does not have access to a gym. All you will need is a set of dumbbells. I started of with 5′s and I will begin to increase it up to 8lbs next weeks. I you need a new workout get Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred.

Girl! you have got to try it. Level 2 is more intense. I was really sore after that. I will be working out to this today.

It is so funny that you said you really break a sweat. I started back on that on last week before I got a sinus infection this week and man was a sweating like a pig. As if I never exercise before. Jillian Michaels Rock!!

i have this and banish fat/boost metabolism and no more trouble zones, all by jillian michaels! i love her!! after getting used to her workouts, i have a hard time wanting to do anything else. i have been exercising for several months now and still enjoy her dvd’s. since jan. i have dropped 2 pants sizes and 22lbs. and i know that i have gained alot of muscle! these workouts are hard, they are very intense, at least i think so. i haven’t seen any harder.
oh yeah, i think level 2 is harder than level 3 on 30 day shred. just for your info.
Level two is hard. I will be working out to that this week.
I did level 1 for 30 days straight and have been on level 2 for a week and a half. I went back to level one today and it was so much easier – it was crazy! I remember when I could barely do it and now it is so easy! Level 2 is really hard to me. Have not tried 3 yet!
