Hi all! Well, last week was the first week for an honest getting back on track. I worked out 3 times last week which is kind of low for me, but it is a start. I ate my meals according to plan as well. The only thing that continued to haunt me last week was the late night munchies. I bought myself peanuts and 100 calorie packs, but what I found is that I kept on snacking on too much of that too which didn’t not help. So, later last weekend I found something that can save me from packing on the pounds during my late night blogging and browsing. I decided that raw carrots, light popcorn, and celery are my friends!! hee hee. I love things that are crunchy and I figure that if I snack on those instead of chips, cookies, too many nuts I can save myself from blowing an entire day of eating healthy.
Last week I didn’t lose any pounds, but I can tell that my clothes are getting loser, so that is awesome!! This weekend I am going to continue working out 3 days and maybe add on 1 more day totaling 4 days of workouts and see if I can get that scale moving. Today I just finished working on the elliptical for 25 minutes and as soon as my son’s movies goes off I will do 30 minute of Tae bo amped. I getting amped baby!!
