I am back online!! We were having cable outages and now we are up and running again!! Thank goodness. I swear I was going through withdrawal!! I am always online and really need to finish my christmas shopping! Anyway…
Phew!! As I see 165lbs back on my scale. Man was I bloated after all of that Thanksgiving eating and to top that off TOM was coming too and is now in full effect. It feels good to be back to exercising and eating healthy again. I feel less lethargic and more energy has returned to me. Thank God. Today is my rest day from weights and cardio. You know it is important to give yourself a break so that your muscles can rest and repair themselves. I was reading this one bodybuilding.com and I am sure that other fitness experts and trainers would agree with me too. Even though I am taking a break today I am still drinking my 70 ounces of water and eating 100% to plan and I did. My meal was the typical:
- Meal 1: Eggs, ham, orange
- Meal 2: Protein shake, banana
- Meal 3: grapes, cheese
- Meal 4: tuna steak, green beans
- Meal 5: snack trail mix (My favorite!!)
Tomorrow (Thursday) I will be working out my upper body again and doing Tae bo amped!! I just know my entire upper half will be sore, but that’s okay! That part needs most of the work anyway.

Hey all, I like this quote because I have been unsuccessful with beginning my 32 day challenge in Friday. I find myself sneaking back into the left overs and that is not cool if I am going to lose 10-15 pound before Christmas. Today is a new day and I will get serious right now, today, this moment, this second and succeed with my goal!

Hey all,
I am so glad that the Thanksgiving goodies are almost gone in my house. I just can’t stop eating it!! I is so good, but not so good for weight loss. We had some friends stop by and I was glad to give left overs such as wines, sparkling cider, and others! Today I started off great with eating:
- Meal one: Protein shake, banana
- Meal 2: cabbage, turkey and a orange
then after that I went downhill. I got home from work and had a snack with was a cup full of trail mix nuts, then I had dinner and ate way too much AGAIN!!! Do I dare mention? Ham, turkey, dressing, yams, potato salad, and greens. Yikes!! What in the world is going on. I know TOM will be here later tomorrow, so that could be my issue. Or, the over eating of sugar foods is making me crave the wrong foods and I need to nip that in the bud now.
In a bit, I will workout my abs, and upper body, but cardio… I now that will not happened because I feel so lazy right now. My mission for tomorrow is to wake up early and pop in my tae bo DVD and get to burn some serious calories and then I will work out my legs. Well, I am off for now and get that workout in so that I can play in some make-up I bought. I am trying to work a smokey eye. Wish me luck Delphine. hee hee. Maybe I will post the results. haha ha

Did you all have a great Thanksgiving? I know I did and I eat way too toooooo much! OMG, I feel so gross and to top it off I got my butt on the scale to see the damage. Yikes!! I am not even saying a word, but to get my butt started on my Christmas Challenge ASAP!! I just couldn’t help myself on Thursday and even today. We had some leftovers. I did that on purpose so that I would not have to cook for the family and I would just have to cook my meals for me. Well, that kind of back fired on me today because I came home from work and I was too lazy to make my meals, so I ate more.
I am so glad that I took my month progress pictures before Thanksgiving otherwise I would have scared you all, lol. Check out my flicker photos. The photo of me in the red shorts are the last pics. I just need to bug my hubby to learn how to past my before and after together.
Tomorrow is my start off fresh day to my Christmas challenge to lose 10 pounds before Dec. 25th. I have to do it!! I have to, I HAVE TO!! I really want to see progress on my photos of me getting leaner next month. Well, I am going to browse the web in a bit to start off my christmas shopping. I refuse to hit the stores. I can’t stand the holiday crowds. Plus I work retail too.
Before I go you all have to let me know how you did this Thanksgiving? Did you:
- Eat Clean and Healthy?
- Enjoyed yourself, but at moderation.
- Said Oh Hell, screw it, I am eating and ate way too much?
My answer was the last one. Oh hell!! I ate like a pig. Darn! but it was so good!! hee hee

Good morning!! I can’t believe I got up as planned and in a few seconds I will be getting ready to get my exercise in before heading into work. Today is my leg day and I am going to get my cardio in with Tae Bo amped, the core workout. I hope it burns calories!! I have a feeling it is going to be a slow day because a lot of shoppers will be waiting to the day after Thanksgiving sales! I know I would.
I got on the scale and no movement! Grrrr! I guess, I know why? No, I did not cheat. Yesterday I mentioned that PMS is here and TOM will be arriving next week. So when that happened I begin to retain water! So I will get a better read for my weight loss progress next week. Tonight I will try my best to post my progress pics, but I will not make promises because I have to start cooking like a mad woman. hee hee! Well, I better get breakfast started since my little has walked into the office.

I just had to check in one more time to let you all know I got my workouts in and eat right on plan. Yahoooo!! I managed to get in 25 minutes of cardio and I also weight trained the following:
- Biceps curls and hammer curls
- triceps
- Lats
- Arnold press
- prench press
- shoulders
- Abs!! I actually worked out my abs! I picked up the January issue of Oxygen and found several great workouts to get me in shape over the next 4-5 weeks!! Pick up this issue to start you New Years planning! I kind of started my goals for the new year, but I will discuss them later once I get them all written down.
Well, I am off to get ready for bed. I have to working in the afternoon until 8:00pm then I will be coming home to cook my A$$ off for our Thanksgiving get together at our home. So, this means I need to workout before going into work. Yikes! I better go to bed now because I am not a morning person.

I am back from my running around getting last minute Thanksgiving stuff, but before I left my son was so kind to play alone while I exercised to my step aerobics for 25 minutes!! I will take it! I feel great about it and now I have to squeeze in a 30 minutes weight workout and get ready for work in a hour. GRRRRR!!! I hate rushing, but it has to get done! Tressa, I got your message. NO MORE SLACKING!!! You can slack on Thanksgiving girlie! That’s the way I am looking at it. hee hee
Well I really better get going before time runs out on me.

I think I am on day 23 of my Thanksgiving challenge. That I pretty bad that I can’t keep track, lol. Well, today I am feeling a little better and I am about to go workout while my son is enjoying playing with his new toys from his birthday party. Today is his official Birthday!! Happy Big 4!!! Later tonight I will post some pics from his party if I am not too tired.
Anyway, I think I will…. Okay I will (better attitude here) workout my upper body since I did not get that completed yesterday. I found a great push and pull workout in my December issue of the Oxygen Magazine. They give you a few days of workouts that burn 300 calories in one workout and I love that!
Then later this morning I have to get my cardio in before work. Because I will not get home from work until 10:30pm tonight. Boy, do I hate retail hours!!! Well, i better finish some my browsing this morning. I am looking for different ways to enhance our interior and exterior of our home. Then I have to run to Walmart and pick up the last few things for Thanksgiving too.

Hey everyone!! I am so excited to reveal the new template for my blog!! What do you think of the new look? Do you like this one or the old version better? I really want to know. My hubby and I have been spending the last hour working on it and tweaking a few links andn stuff.
Well, Today ended up being a no cardio day at all. I am kind of disappointed in myself, but my body is starting to feel yucky from the allergies. I am hoping it is just allergies because I can not get sick. I have to cook for thanksgiving and I want to be a a good mood. In the morning I will rush to Walgreens to get some meds to help with the sinus pressure and congestion. The only type of exercise I did this evening was abs. So I can’t be too hard on myself, but you know the cardio is what helps shed the fat. In the morning I am praying that I feel better so that I can get up early and do some cardio before my son wakes up and demand my attention before I go into work in the afternoon.
I am off to get some zzzz’s. Please let me know what ya think about the new look?

Hi all!! yesterday’s party when great!!! My son had fun all though he was so tired he started to get cranky and did not want to share new toys at all. The kids played until 9:00pm then it was time for everyone to go home and my little 4 year old to go to bed. Yesterday I was so gracious to get my cardio in that when I got on the scale this morning after eating pizza,cake and soda last night it did not go up. (I know) I just saw 165. Now today I have got my plan into action for the next 4 days of this challenge. Can I say detox!! I got my shakes and cabbage stew ready to go. My fish and chicken too. The plan is to do 4 days of cardio so that I can rest my body, even though I will be busy cooking my but off, on Thanksgiving. Maybe I can squeak off 1-2 more pounds before Thursday, lol.
Then I will get back onto my 32 day Christmas Challenge. The goal is to be in the 150’s. I may sound a bit redundant about trying to hit this goal over and over again, but at least I am trying when most people would give up!!
Well, in a bit I have to go to work! I really don’t want to because my allergies are getting the best of me, but I gonna do it. I hope you all have a great day and get you cardio in too. Tonight it will be step aerobics in along with weight training on the upper body. I really need to work on my abs which is my neglected area.
