Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket Aw man!! No more Red team. It saddens me to see that Bryan, who is such a hard worker and team player, had to go. I hate when people get scared and vote off their competition. I think that is the wimpy way to win. If I was on the show, I would want to compete against the best, not the people who are left on the show because the competition is a threat. What do you think? Don’t get me wrong, I love all of the people that remains on the show, but come on! When I hear people say I voted you off because you are a threat, I just hear in my head, I am going to vote you off because you are going to keep my butt. You know what I mean?

Bryan was an awesome role model on the show, he didn’t cheat, but like Kae played the game with integrity. I was in tears when Bryan started to cry, because he knew he was going home. He wasn’t crying because he was sad. He was crying because he was happy and proud of his journey he had made on the show and the journey that he will continue to make while he is gone. I can total relate. When you lose weight it is an awesome journey. You learn new things about yourself, you gain a wonderful since of confidence and you regain your health. Man I was a crying fool on Tuesday night. I loved it when “B” returned home to his family and they saw a new person and they were so proud of him. Then to see him lose more weight since leaving the show was fabulous!! I did not know that “B” sings (Check out the video) and he sounds wonderful!! What a nice plug the show did to give him so publicity on his talent. Way to go “B”!!!

I know I definitely can not wait to the finale show. Who do you think will win the $100,000.00 prize for the people that was sent home? My husband think Kae will win because no one will be able to reach the body fat percentage she has. My vote would be for “B” and Kae. Well, I am off.

Did you all see the biggest loser tonight? I loved it. Everyone got a chance to visit the set of my favorite show, Days of Our Lives, and get star treatment. They all got makeovers and a photo shoot. Isn’t that cool? The twist of it was as they was looking at their made over self in the mirror the mirror moved and it revealed their loved ones on the other side. I was in tears. It was so nice to see them celebrate getting healthier.

The bitter sweet of the show is when they voted Kae off. I really didn’t want to see her go. She so motivated the entire team with her honesty, strength and loyalty. However, I knew that when she would have to go home she would be fine. As a matter of fact when she did get home to see her family I was so in tears. When her mom saw for the first time in a while she was shocked and in tears! I just flashed back to when my mom visited here after I had lost the weight and when she saw me we were both in tears. It is a wonderful feeling a accomplishment and how people view you and you in turn inspire them. Way to go Kae. She is another favorite of mine and she is definitely in line to win the runner up prize at the season finale.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket   Did you all see her live weigh in after the show? She revealed losing a total of 88 pounds since leaving the show!! She looked absolutely amazing, beautiful and confident. Did you also see her story in the Prevention magazine? She made the cover!! What an inspiring story. If you did check it out it is still on the newsstands. I know I just came from Wal-mart. My curling iron broke and I need a new one. hee hee :)

Well, I will be back ;)

Oh man I am exhausted. Today started off great with my meal plan until I nose dived into my son’s Peanut Butter and Jelly fixation. That was totally way off my plan and then to make matter worse a monster made me purchase a hamburger and fries too for dinner! Ugh!! I was tired and on the road taking my son to his grandpa’s house. So, I guess according to the Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle book. The authors says to have at least one to two cheat days a week… Well, I guess this is my one and only cheat that I will have this week. I have already so my meals laid out for me for tomorrow so there is no excuse for me to cheat, and since my son will be with grandpa tomorrow I will definitely get my sleep in and get my cardio in before work. I was going to do my cardio today with step aerobics, but I can not even step up with this sore body. The best thing I can do is workout my shoulders as planned and take a nice hot bath to relax my muscles for tomorrow.

Anyway enough excuse huh? Did you all see the biggest loser tonight? I missed the first hour since I was driving home, but it appears that Ryan goes home this week. Now, if you did watch the show, can you clue me in on what the black team won from the challenge? Is it really true that they won SUV’s? If so that is way cool!! What did they have to do to win it? Please, PLEase, PLEASE, tell? Well, I am going for now to relax.

Have a great night all!

Hey did you all see the biggest loser show tonight? The end of the show had me in tears! David was eliminated off the show. Everyone was so emotional and knew that he could continue to lose the weight from home. Why? He had such a strong support system and he was no longer afraid to do this on his own which had me in tears. The best part was when he said to the fellow cast members is that they should through the game out of the window and remember why they are truly on the show. Which is to get healthy. I believe a lot of the cast members took that to heart.

It was so nice to see when David arrived home and the reaction of his family members was surprised with his weight loss!! How cool was that!! His family was awesome and I know for sure that he is going to stun every at the finally as well. Keep you eyes open for next week’s show because there is supposed to be more drama happening! With you know how, Neil.

On a side note. I finally completed my cardio today with step aerobics. I was hard today I guess because my lower body is still sore for 2 days ago. Dang! But I made it through. I got all of my food is, water and abs in too! Yipee!! Now I am going to browse a bit and hit the showers!

Oh Boy!! Did you all see this week’s episode??? Oh good grief, what happened was low down and dirty! if you did not see the show the teams were put into new teams of three essentially mixing up the team members. But before that they all had to participate in a eating challenge and the winner of that challenge was able to make each team. Did you see all of the calories that was in front of them? The cookies, peanut butter cups, cheese, and crackers? WOW!! I would have been sick to eat all of what they did in one sitting. Plan Sugar. Yuck!
The winner was Jez. So, Jez place the team members together and they were all off to train for the next challenge and the weigh in. Neil (blue team member) was placed with two black team members which was Jez and Isabeau, and so on and so fourth.

At the weigh in Neil weighed in gaining 17 pounds place him, Jez, and Isabeau for elimination. My mouth hit the floor because how does someone gain 17 pounds in one week? Then I also was thinking did he gain the weight on purpose to send one of the black team members home? Oh yeah!! It was way too obvious and people were pist off! To top it off, Bob, the blue team’s training was pist off and was cursing and I have never seen that man so mad in the biggest loser history and I can see why. Because of Neil’s actions it made it look like this weigh in was planned and purposely done. So Bob just walked out. It was so emotional. To make a long story short Neil and the blue team got what they wanted which was to send Jez home. What do you all think about that? I was so mad and upset, it was just wrong and not honest competition. I personally think that when that action occurs the contestant should be disqualified from the show. That is not fair at all!! But that’s my opinion.

I just hope that next week the black and the red team kicks the blue teams butt and send Neil home.

On a positive note did you see Jez’s progress after leaving the campus? He looks awesome and just wait because the season finale is going to be a blast!! Well I am out for now and I will be back to chat in a bit.

Later!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket    Did you all see the Biggest Loser episode night? Oh my! The red team’s trainer, Kim Lyons, is going to be pist!! Why? Well the red team lost the weigh in and since David was the biggest loser on his team he was given immunity from being voted off. As a result, Amy, Phil and Bryan was left with the possibility of going home. Before the elimination Kim had a meeting with the red team and advise them not to send Phil home since he was the one carrying the team and winning most if not all of the challenges for them. And, to make matters worse she said if they voted him off she would fear that the red team would lose every weigh in which I completely agree with because it is a numbers game. On top of that, she told them to not have the voting to come to a tie because this would leave the fate of their team in the hands of the blue team to decided who should go home. So, if the blue team would be the deciding factor they would be dumb not to vote off Phil because he is a threat to them in future challenges. I felt bad for Amy. because that automaticaly made her a target for getting voted off. I can understand why she was mad, but this is a numbers game.

As a result, the elimination came and it did come to a tie. So with that said the blue team did decided to vote off Phil. It was a bitter sweet. The entire cast in the elimination room, blue team and red team, was both in tears. Hell, I was in tears. Phil felt great that everyone thought that he was a threat and how awesome was he to share some words of encouragement to everyone before he left. WAY TO GO PHIL!!! Even though Phil left he did not stop and continued to lose weight from home, inspire his family members to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle and he looks AWESOME!! I can’t wait until the season finally to see who wins the prize for the group of member that did not make the final 3.

Today started off rocky. I had to wake up my little one and get him ready for school this morning. Man was he cranky and boy was my nerves going crazy because every time I drop him off to school he cries and have a tantrum which hurts me so much. After a few minutes of hugs in his rocking chair he finally got dress and came down for breakfast and didn’t eat a bit and started to cry about staying home and not going to school. DH and I talked to him to reassure him about school, so he finally calmed down and ate. Then we were off this morning. I got to school and he understood that mommy will be leaving to get ready for work. I sat down with him for 2 minutes before I took him outside with his teacher. He went outside then he started to cry. I felt so sad inside, but after I left he stopped within a few minutes. I am totally seeing a improvement with drop off today. Monday I stayed at school with him for 20 minutes until he calmed down and today because he crying lasted about 5 minutes instead of 25 minutes. Phew!! I hope he is doing fine now and comes home happy like he usually does when DH picks him up.

Did any of you watch the biggest loser last night. Why does that show make me cry? I guess I am emotional because T.O.M. is here, but dang. I cried when the black and red time was racing against the clock to grab their team flag and bring it back to the top of the hill. You could really tell that each person had their own struggles, but they all persevered during that challenge and that is the name of this weight loss game. I was so nice to see that the red time was down to only 4 members now and they won the challenge and to their advantage the challenge won them immunity at the weigh in. How cool. The are lucky because with the weight loss results they had at the weigh in they would have lost and would have been forced to send another member home. The blue team did not like that because if they would have know they would have joined in on the challenge, but too bad, huh? How do you all feel about his season? I still have not found one cast member that I am totally excited about yet, but you know me I will keep on watching and I sure I will find that member. It was Gerry, but he was voted off last week, so we will see.

Right now I just finished placing some Halloween decoration outside in the garden and throughout the house, so my little one will be excited to see that when he gets home from school. I just hope is costume comes this week or next week. He wants to be batman. In a bit will be doing hi/lo yoga with Sharon Mann on fitTV for 30 minutes and then I will finish cleaning around here and hit the showers and prepare for work this afternoon at 2:30 pm. I figure I will save my heavy workouts for my days that I am off from work just so I am not totally wiped out. I have to close the store tonight which means the store is open until 10:00pm. Darn! So as soon I get home I will probably be tired and go right to bed and then tomorrow I am off from work and my little is off from school. We will probably do something fun at the mall. He loves the inflatable playland there so I will take him there. Better run!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket Oh NO!!! Did you all see the biggest loser yesterday??? They voted off one of my favorites. Whaaaaaa! They voted the awesome Jerry off. What do you all think about that? I was kind of shocked because he worked so hard at becoming the blue team’s captain and at the first weigh in he last the most weight! 32 POUNDS and they voted him off. I couldn’t believe it because he also was the one that pick the fellow team members and if it was up to him they could have been packing their bags and returning home. I guess what can you do, but the great thing about him is that he did not let that elimination defeat his goal which was to lose the weight and get healthy in order to see if grandchildren graduate from high school. Guess what he did it too. He has lost 88 pounds since the elimination and he looks AWESOME!! I feel that he is a great role model for those seniors that may be thinking I am too old to lose weight or the weight loss will take too long. Shoot if you saw this I think that his story will motivate and inspire anyone at any age to lose weight and reclaim their health.

Way To Go Jerry!!! I love this show!!!

I personally did not exercise due to me being sick, but I am feeling better and stronger that I will do some low impact aerobics tomorrow since I am off of work. Well, I am off to rest for the night. I am tired still because our little one has been sick with allergies still and was up all night coughing and vomiting too. So I pray that the meds kick in so that he can get well and be ready to school on Friday. He did not go to school today because I knew he was too woozy and had lack of sleep which makes for a crabby 3 year-old and I did not want to burden the teachers, so he stayed with DH today while I worked. Say a pray everyone.

Hey everyone!

I hope your day went well today. I am so tired!! I worked all day and then I got home to have fun with my family and of course my little one wanted all of my attention, so we played until I needed to eat dinner. After that I was browsing the web for a while then I finally got my workout in before I mentally decided to forget about it. It was hard so hard to workout because I was so tired, but I managed to complete at least 25 minutes. I guess that is better than nothing at all, right?

After that I was playing with my little one until I realized that I better get him to bed early for school tomorrow. So I washed him up and was getting ready to brush his teeth and all of a sudden he throws a tantrum saying that he doesn’t want to brush his teeth!! I was thinking Oh, hell! What is the deal with you already! You think his is going through one of his days or is he just cranky? Geez!!!! I finally asked him if he wanted to brush his own teeth and he said, NO!!! NO!!! I did not feel like arguing with him, so I told him if he wanted mommy to ready Oswald, one of his favorites books, he will have to get his teeth brushed and not give mommy anymore grief over brushing his teeth in the future. finally his tone changed and he opened his mouth. WOW! Do any of you moms go through this? I swear it can be a challenge.

I finally got him to bed and twenty minutes to 9:00pm I just realized I missed most of the Biggest Loser! darn, Darn, DARN!!! I forgot to record it and now I am sad. I really want to keep up with the show this season. So I told my husband to set up the VCR for ongoing recordings. Now I should be safe for the future showings. Did anyone watch it? How was the weigh ins? Did the black team finally cause havoc yet? You have got to clue me in!!! Please?

Well, I am really going to sign off in a bit so that I can shower and  get some sleep. I have to be at work at 7:00am, thank God Dh is dropping off our son to school so that he does not have to be there all day long. Chat later!

Hey everyone,

I hope that you all are having a great week and preparing for a fun filled weekend to come. I know I am going to go shopping since I got a awesome gift cards from my mom and step dad and a good friend of mine for my birthday the past on Sept 2nd. Then I will just rest up and have fun with my family too.

Anyway, did you see the premier of the Biggest Loser on Tuesday night? What a great selection of contestants they picked. I swear, I am so emotional I was crying when each person was explaining their struggles with their weight and why they were so happy to be on the show this season. I was only crying because I can so related. I remember being the biggest cheerleader on the squad or the biggest fashion design major in college modeling in the fashion show each year. It’s tuff! Which contestant did you relate to or just began to fall in love with? I think for me it was Gerry. I was blow away with him in the first challenge. You have a 62 year old man competing to be a team leader against all of the younger contestant which I thought was FABULOUS!!!! Go Gerry!!

The show also twisted my heart strings when the two team captins had to chose there team leaving the 6 remaining contestants thinking they were going home. Then surprise hear comes awesome Jillian, which by the way has an awesome body and outstanding kick butt workouts, to there rescue. Wasn’t that cool?  I am so with Team black, since Jillian is training. So go black!!! Either way it goes I am just so excited so see everyone’s transformation.

Did anyone see the second half of the show? I missed the second half because I had to go to the grocery store before my hubby left to pick up my brother in law from the airport. I thought that I had set the timer on our lovely VCR to record, but when I got home to watch it and all I got was snow. Oh man!!! I really need TIVO. Could someone be so nice to let me know how the weigh ins went? Did anyone get booted of the show yet? Okay, I answered by question and went to NBC.com and saw that Amber went home this week, but wowza!! She has already lost 65 pounds and is still working on losing more and she is just looking wonderful. I am just excited!!! But talk to me!!
Also what did you all think of the new host this year? Allison Sweeney!! I think she did a great job and displayed a great enthusiam for the contestants. I sure wished I could have seen the weigh ins ya’ll. It gives me motivation to get tone and it my new goal of 155. Do you think that they will re-air the premier? I wish, but anyway I am off of get some exercise in before my eyes close up on me. I had a long day today at work and I hoping that I passed my certifications. I will chat back later :)
