What an awesome season and they way to end it with the first time ever of a woman, Ali, winning the title as the biggest loser!! I am so excited for her and of course I was in tears! I bet Jillian was so proud of her and her dream also came true as a woman and a trainer.

I bet Ali and her momma, Betty Sue, love her!!, are celebrating as we speak as you know Ali won $250,000!! Man, what would you do with that type of money right now? This is what I would do:

Put $100 in savings, buy a new car, take my family on vacation, buy my DH a boat, update the home, breast aug, and tummy tuck baby!! Shopping for clothes for family, put $25k towards DS colleges fund, etc.

I am so proud of Ali and she look smokin hot!! I was so excited I got my butt up and completed 40 minutes of step aerobics to end my great day of eating on plan!

Oh yeah, I also failed to mentioned that  Bernie won the $100k!! I could not believe it. I so thought that Jay or Mark would but everyone forgot that there were a few threats that remained. Way to go Bernie!! Well I am off and until next season we will talk more Biggest Loser!

Are you guys as excited as I am for the finale tonight!! last week’s episode was awesome and again I was in tears for everyone at the weigh in. They all came along way!! I was so shocked to see that the girls beat the boys that night and you have Ali and Kelly for sure a finalist. Isn’t that was some!! Look at their numbers, yipee!!!

You go girls!! I bet that made momma Jillian proud. Their weigh ins was so awesome it left Mark and Rodger below the yellow line, andI am sure nobody expected that to happened, huh? So now for the first time the biggest loser is now leaving it in the hand of the American viewers to decided if either Mark or Rodger should be in the finale with the girls! Who did you vote for? I want to vote for Mark in a sneaky way because he couldn’t possibly lose any more, well have big numbers, which would let a female competitor win for the first time. Do you hear me ladies??? Did you guys see the biggest loser show this week? What a great show!! The contestants that remains got a trip of a life time to Sydney, Australia!! I should wish I was in their shoes because the scenery was totally awesome!!

It was so nice to see them immerse themselves in the culture and see how the can travel and still maintain their healthy new lifestyle at the same time. I loved it when they all went to the market and the boys was getting ready to order squid (yuck, by the way) and Mark was having fun playing with the crabs in the tank. The girls ended up eating oysters. Kelly did not want any part of the, but Jillian made her do it!! It was funny. The also got a chance to go out with Bob and Jillian and dance the night away. Did all of the contestants look great! And, then there is Ali, she is looking for beautiful!!

But after the fun and games the contestant had a big challenge ahead of them. A triathlon. I am so proud of all of them because they all completed it with pride. I love what Mark decided to do because he was about to take first place and win, but he set aside his competitive edge and decided not to win, but instead wait for Ali and cross the finish line with her and tie the challenge. Wasn’t that awesome!! Mark has came along way and now has changed into more of a compassionate and considerate person, not having to win it all, but instead share the glory. I was in tears. The entire cast was in tears because they have never completed something so big in their lives. Wouldn’t you be on top of the world if you accomplished something so big? I would feel powerful and unstoppable.

Later on in the show the teams were training for the last weigh in and they had trained hard. At the weigh in the weight loss was very low. I mean low, jay was +1, Mark +1, Rodger -3, Kelly -1, Ali -3 leaving Jay and Mark below the yellow line. During the weigh in Mark was already in tears and the entire cast was too because now they have to decided between to brothers. It was tough Jay immediately told everyone to vote him off because he could not vote of Mark again. he said, mark had worked too hard to come back and he just could not do it. It was hard for Mark because they went through this journey together and they both had changed. It would also be hard for him to finish this with out his brother. Anyway, Jay goes home and the final thing that kept me in tears is when everyone united as 1 including Jay and they braked saying , “PRIDE”. I just was in tears and I could cry right now as I typed this. This is what the show is about and it is so life changing too.

If you are still struggling with your weight I would totally suggest for you to watch this show for pure inspiration. it wonderful and that is why I still watch it till this day. Thank you biggest loser! Click here to watch the show!

Did you all see the show yesterday? It was actually pretty good. I loved the challenge when all of the contestants had to guest how many calories were in certain foods. At the end of this challenge the winner won something that was hidden under a silver platter. Ultimately, Dan was the winner and what was revealed to be his prized was a piece of chocolate cake that was worth 600 calories. He had a choice that he could eat it or save it for the next challenge. Dan decided to keep it for his advantage for the next challenge.

It was so funny!! Dan had that cake with him everywhere he went, at dinner, during his workouts he sat the cake right next to him, so that he would not lose it. I was dying in laughter. Then one night Dan and some other guys decided to go for a late night walk and this is when Dan decided to leave the cake on the kitchen table during the walk. Little did he realized that a prank was getting started on him. So, Rodger decided to teach him a lesson and hide the cake from him and left a note saying that Kelly took the cake.

When Dan returned he found that his cake was gone!! So he went looking for Kelly demanding for his cake, but she did not have a clue what happened to it. Finally Rodger told him that the cake was in a area that Dan normally doesn’t do his chores at. So he was looking in the dishwasher, the washing machine and finally he found it on a shelf in the laundry room. Rodger told him that he was trying to teach him a lesson which was never to leave the cake behind because anyone could have taken it and then Dan would not have had it for the next challenge. I was laughing!! How about you?

The next challenge left the contestants in the middle of a basketball court with tables for each person. The object of the game was to place as many calories of the stadium food on any contestants table and the contestant with the least amount of calories would win $10,000!! I was like holy cow! Dan got a 600 calories advantage which he could place that on anyone’s table. So, he decided to place the cake on Kelly’s table. I guess Dan wants to get rid of the black team, huh?

What made me kid of upset is that the guys strategized to place all of the calories on the girls table to keep the blue team strong. How brutal. Now if they were smart those guys biggest threat are amongst themselves and not the girls, duh!

To make a long story short Jay won the challenge and the $10k, but there was a twist. You bet always! Jay could keep the $10k or trade it in for the 1 pound pass. You know how bad 1 pound has been haunted each contest on the show? Jay ended up taking the one pound to the weight.

What cracks me up at the weigh in Dan was so confident that the blue team would stay strong and annihilate the girls. However, Jillian had other plans for the girls and kick there workouts in high gear in order to keep them on another week and with awesome Jillian’s training techniques and coaching it work!! All the guys had wonderful number except for Dan losing 1 pound. Oh no. . . Dan spoke too soon, huh? The girls ended up losing I believe 13 pounds between the two leaving Mark and Dan up for elimination. So guess who goes home? Dan. Way to go girls!!!! Jillian Rocks!!

I can’t believe it is getting down to the last few shows before the finale. I hope at least one of the girls make it to the finale four. Who do you think will make it? My thoughts are:

I didn’t list the last person because it can be a toss up. Both Mark and Ali do not have much more they can lose, so it will be interesting who makes it. Well, I am off for now. . .

Huh??? Okay I missed last week show and now I feel like I missed a lot. Someone has got to give me the scoop on the reasoning for their return? Please? Hee hee I am glad they are back to add a competitive edge to the show and they both look awesome! How do you feel about their return? I am curious to know. I don’t believe this show has done this before, so it would be interesting to know. However, if this show doesn’t inspire you I don’t know what will.

I bet all of the contestants had a great time with the make-overs with Tim Gunn, he rocks as a fashion stylist and I loved him on Project runway too. That man is fab, so FABULOUS!! He could style me any day of the week. I will just be broke as hell, lol. Anyway with the help of him and Macys the contestants was treated to a make-over and got a chance to strut their new bodies down the runway and at the end of the runway was a member from each of their families. I was in tears. I just know the emotion to well when people see you for the first time in your transformed self and are completely shocked and happy for you. It is such a wonderful feeling. They also will be in Prevention Magazine too!!

It was sad to see Brittany leave, but I guess it was her time, but dang and sorry guys, there are only two women left and it would be nice to see at least one of them in the final four, but we will see. Well, I better get my day started and get working out. The clothes are getting looser and that is a sign that the scale is beginning to move in the right direction again.

Oh my!! What a great beginning to the show when the blue won a trip to Vegas baby!! They got a chance to hang out and have a fun guy time. Did you see that all of the guys ended up getting tattoos? How cool!! Now, me on the other hand would not have done that. The marking is so permanent and if you don’t want that on the bod your are suck.

Did you see that emotional elimination for the blue team? I was crying myself for Mark. He had only lost 1 pound and was not the biggest loser. At first I thought they would have voted off the other guy. I forget his name, but if they did that would not have been fair because he lost a significant amount of weight. Then mark also did not want to leave his brother either. The entire team was in tears as to was to decided. In the long run Mark decided it was he that needed to get vote off because he will not be dropping the big pounds any more and it would be beneficial to the team to have him off. So he went home.

What a admirable person Mark is. he put himself last in order to help his team in the long run. Now, that is what this game is all about and how it should be played. Way to go Mark!! Well, next week should be pretty interesting as what happened. They clued in that there may not be any team no more, so we will see. Until then, have a great day

So, what did you all think of this episode? To me it kind of dragged a bit. It was great that they all got to go home and see their families and also see how they would have to incorporate their new lifestyle at home. Everyone seemed to do very well at home except for Paul. Did you see how much food he eat at that restaurant? Oh my gosh!! If Jillian knew she would have had a fit. I was just thinking the weigh in silly, you have to go back!

As a result, of this the weigh in for the black team was not so great. The blue team really rocked the scales did you see the numbers? 11lbs, 10lbs, 16lbs, and etc!! Sending the black team to the elimination room for real! I bet Jillian was so mad!!

Later, it was decided that Paul goes home. He kind of deserved it, but. . . I thought that decision was stupid on the black teams part. Yes, he strewed up, but this is also a game. Paul is one of the heavy weights there that can continue to lose bigs numbers in addition to Bernie and this will help the black team out of elimination. The girls will not lose as much which means the black team could potentially see elimination again next week, you know what I mean? I truly thought they should have sent one of the girls home, but it is what it is.

Next week will be pretty interesting to see what happened, but until then. .

Okay, I seriously need a DVR! My husband had very good intentions of recording the show while I has at my hair appointment at the salon that night. When I got ready to watch the show on Friday morning I noticed something odd on the corner of the screen while the video was playing. I saw the ABC logo?? I am like what? WHAT? ABC? Oh no! My hubby set the VCR to record the wrong channel. So guess who did see the show last week? Pick me!!

So I found myself on NBC.com to read and watch the recap of the show. That is so cool that the black team won the weigh in again!! Now I see why Bob left the room when his blue team lost the weigh in. Was it that upsetting? I guess it could have been as a trainer heck it competition. It looks like Trent was sent home too. How come I knew that if the blue team was up for elimination again he would go? Funny.

That was so cool for Jillian to bring in her mom to help clear the demons that was holding back her team members mentally. I think if you can get to the root of whatever is holding you back for achieving any goals that you are trying to reach you will have success. That is why I love her training style so much. I have recently signed up for Jillian Michael’s free profile on her weight loss program and let me tell you she sends daily news of encouragement and training tips too. You have to check it out. I love it!! Even after losing weight I still like to keep a lot of resources to increase my knowledge and keep me in check with my healthy weight too.

Well, this week I will not miss this show for sure. I have no appointments and my little one loves to watch the show with mommy too. It kind of cute to see a 4 year old exercise or try to jump rope, but at least he is learning at a young age how important exercise is.

I am off to veg out on some fashion fun and then really workout today since last week I only managed to workout 3 days and my eating was only good enough to maintain my weight and I can’t keep that up if I want to lean up for summer. So, with that said I am out!!

Okay!! I have not seen the show yet because I have been so busy getting ready for tonight, Valentines day (I got a new hair cut that night at the salon, I will post a pic soon), and other projects with work and family too. Thank God I did record the show and have it waiting for me to watch in peace Friday night since my house will be a bit quiet. So for all of you that check here weekly for the update I will definitely make a post on it later tomorrow night.

On another note, how was your Valentine’s celebrating? I had a great time with my hubby at dinner and came home to watch a movie by Tyler Perry called “Why did I get married?” Before we started the movie we decided not to watch because we are both so tired from this week and did not want to ruin a good movie.  You know how you eat too much food and you get that tired lazy feel? Well that is what exactly happened to the both of us after eating out at the Cheesecake factory. Yikes!! I am going to have to workout like a fanatic the next week for sure. How about you?

Well, since my son is visiting with Grandpa again I have a power workout and food plan set for the weekend after a splurge like today. I got to get the scale in motion again. I am floating around 165. By the way I am so tired of seeing that number in the scale, lol. But… I will be doing:

1. Jari Love Get Ripped 1000 DVD for 30-40 minutes before work
2. 10 minutes of the elliptical trainer
3. 3×15 rep of abs: upper, lower and obliques

My meal plan will be:

1. BSN lean dessert protein shake
2. lunch BSN
3. Snack yogurt, banana
4. Dinner: lean cuisine
5. Dessert: apple ( I don’t even wait to look at anything rich right now, TOM is on the way and I will be bloated as H.E.L.L.)

Well, I am off to get ready for bed and do a nice stretch. Enjoy the rest of V-day!!

Did you all see the show tonight?? Jillian is such an awesome trainer and I see why people are so successful on her program. Remember last week when her team had the awful weigh in numbers and Jillian told them that they are having food issues? She was so right. Today she asked each team member how many calories they were eating each day and when they said that they were eating on average 600-1000 calories a day. My mouth hit the floor! Why, well they workout almost six hours a day and when their caloric intake is so low they are totally screwing up their metabolism which equates to low numbers on the scale.

So this week she fixed that in a hurry by getting them back to healthy eating. Some of the girls should be consuming almost 1600 calories at minimum to loss weight. As a result, they rocked the scale causing the blue team to go to elimination. Don’t get me wrong I love Bob and the black team, but they were kind of getting a little cocky.

No get this, I was shocked with Jackie (blue team member) she was going around to her fellow teams trying to get Trent “voted off” since he was so home sick, but I think she was trying to save her butt from being eliminated off which really put a bad taste in my mouth. I also think it put a bad taste in her fellow team member mouth too.

To her surprise she thought she was in until the unanimous vote was in to send her home. In a way I think that she deserved it. What do you think? How dare she do that, but I guess she was playing the game too.

Well, until next week we will see what drama is drawn in from this elimination.
