Have you ever wondered what factors can cause acne? I know I have, because I have never had an acnes problem until after giving birth to my son. I am starting to notice acne on my chin and jawline, however it is not severe. I went to Cato and picked up a cute 3/4 sleeved brown striped layer top and a pair of really cute black sunglass with some bling on it!! hee hee. Then I headed to Kohls my favorite store.

OMG!! I was so overwhelmed because the must have just re-merchandised the store, but there was a lot of cute tops I wanted to buy. As I got into the store I noticed that they finally launched Vera Wang’s Simply Vera Collection and it was simply amazing. Sometimes I wonder when designers collaborate with department stores will the quality of the clothing stay the same? Well Vera proved me wrong. The construction and fit of the clothing was awesome. I swear if I was shopping for more career clothes I would have went crazy, so I was good. Put I did try them on for future reference. The style of the collection is comfort and style and a moderate price point which is awesome for that price conscious women that love fashion. I also was not aware that she was going to included handbags too. I am such a handbag freak. Her bags are not cheap at Kohls, but I hand to get one. Thank God it was on sale from 69.99 to 47.99!! It is so sleek and modern. I ended up getting her medium hobo bags which looks like this:

I love it!! Because it is not too big and yet big enough to fit my enter life of stuff, lol, to work and on the road. I also picked up a right hand ring that is silver and onyx like, and a eggplant layered top, and a Paris themed blue printed top. I love it because I so want to go to Paris, France next year for vacation and see the history, culture and of course shop like crazy too. Have any of you checked out Vera’s line at Kohls? OMG everyone, the VMA’s was pretty interesting last night. I was hearing so much about it at work that I thought I better not miss it! Everyone was talking about Britney Spears and her comeback performance!! So I decided to watch it and Okay…………. What happened to Brittney? The staging was awesome and the effects, but….. Here is go, what was with her hair? I could totally tell she had extensions on, and that’s bad. I would fire her stylist. They could have layer her own and the extensions so that they would blend in much better than that. Then what happened to her performance? It was so weak! She didn’t even lip sync the song correctly. She totally was not ready to open the VMA’s. They should have had Chris Brown and Rianna opened the show. Their performance was AWESOME!! I found a clip to share. Check it out!!

The other artists was intrigued with was Rianna and Alicia Keys!! Both of them looked beautiful!!

Rianna’s Hair was so fierce and edgy!! Her make up was just as fierce as her cut. She look nice and natural with the emphasis on her eyes. When I saw her I wanted to go play in my make-up and update my look right then.

Then Alicia Keys one of my favorites too! From her make-up and clothes was stunning. I was impressed with her body. It appeared perfectly tone and ready for performance. Did I mentioned performance?? Did you get a chance to see her on stage? She totally rocked the stage and she sang live!! NO Lip SYNCING!!! You go girl!! I also fell in love with her boots she was wearing during the performance. I want a pair!! I don’t no where I would wear them, but I will find a some where lol. what did you all think of the VMA’s? What was your favorite performance or artist that appeared?
