Okay I just had to check in one more time before I go to bed. I am so proud of myself. I woke up early and did my cardio step routine and I broke out the biggest loser workout DVD and workout at home with Bob. (I wish, huh?) But it was like he was in my house. I decided to do the sculpt section of the DVD and my upper and lower body was burning, but a good burn that will melt off this excess fat. hee hee. Then I did some house work and got ready for work.
Work was okay, it could have been a little more busy, but oh well. I am home now and I am off on Thursday. Yay!! I will be sneaking off in the morning to pick up my hubby’s Christmas gifts and then pick up our son from Grandpa’s house. I miss him already!! I was going to keep him there till friday, but I want my little man home. Next week I am excited because we will be taking him to see the Trail Of Lights at Zilker park in Austin, Texas. It’s Christmas light trail for miles that is awesome for little ones to enjoy this time of year. I will take pics and share.
Well, I am beginning to ramble so I will check out for now and get some sleep.
Good night

I was just looking around on the net tonight and cames across this site with beautiful vintage jewelry. I am not a jewelry person at times but I can occasionally have the desire to have a few cute cocktail rings to wear for special occasions or anytime really. The site is called Lang Antiques.com. This antique jeweler was established in 1969 in San Francisco, Lang Antique’s carries a superb selection of Authentic, Fine Antique Jewelry and Estate Jewelry from every period. They specialize in Estate Engagement Rings and Antique and Estate Diamond Rings as well as every type of Authentic Vintage Jewelry.antique jewelry usually refers to items which are 100 years old; the term Estate Jewelry encompasses all pre-owned jewelry including antique jewelry; and Vintage Jewelry implies a specific period, such as Art Deco Jewelry or Edwardian Jewelry. Guys, if you are thinking about popping the question to the one your love this Christmas or even on New Years Day you have got to check out this site. I was literally drooling over the engagement rings. I have to warn you that the rings are pricey, but totally well worth it.

See below. Here is the link to the site.
They will show this picture then underneath the will have a link to more examples of other food items for you to view. I just thought this was fabulous and it was also a great refresher for me too. Check this out and you will be on the right track for weight loss this holiday and into the new year.

Ahhhh, what a nice quiet morning. My son is visiting with grandpa today so that I can get to work and also get my holiday shopping done for him too. I found everything online to buy for him so that I do not have to step a foot inside any toy store this year. Last year the Toys R Us was CRAZY!! And, I am not doing that again. NO WAY!! hee hee. Then I will be getting my hubby’s gift too. I want to tell you what I am getting him, but he reads this blog too and I would totally give it way, lol. Are you finished with you holiday shopping yet? what type of things do you have to buy? We still need to go to the store next Tuesday and get my ELLIPTICAL!!! YAHOOOOOOO!!! I will have one. We where going to get it this weekend, but I don’t want to be inside the store this weekend. So, during the week the store should be slower without the holiday traffic, plus we will both be home to use DH’s truck to take it home.
Anyway, I just finished my yummy health breakfast and in a few minutes since I only lift weight yesterday and did not achieve any cardio ( I know.. Bad girl!!) I will do 45-60 minutes of cardio. I have too. It is important to do it order to shed FAT!! So with that said, I am off to day that before I start to go crazy surfing the web for new findings.
Chat later!!

I just opened up an awesome e-mail from Calorie Count.com and I was look I have got to share this with you all that are losing weight and getting healthy. They say “Imagine you’re in a fast food restaurant and are forced into choosing a meal from a menu of terrible choices. Fear not! Just whip out your cell phone, enter ccm.about.com into the mobile browser, and you’ll have the entire food database of this site at your fingertips!” This new site is specifically designed to meet the requirements of almost all WAP or web-enabled phones sold in the United States. This includes MOTORAZRs, Qs, Blackberries, and hundreds of other handhelds.
Regardless of which phone you use, just open its browser and point it to ccm.about.com. Please share that link with your friends and family. The easiest way is to send them a text message mentioning http://ccm.about.com - when you append “http://”, most phones recognize this is a web address and will convert it to a clickable link inside of your text message.
Isn’t that cool/ No more fretting over how many calories your are eating when you are enjoy a night out with friends. You can make smart choices right from your cell phone. I am definitely going to use this for Christmas and New Years Eve Celebrating and you should too. Check this out!!!

Have you all ever been to New York this time of year and tried to drive on the road? Oh may goodness I have been there, but I was not about the drive in that hectic craziness there. New York streets are extremely busy and to drive and pay for parking is expensive! If I was traveling to New York again I would definitely pay little extra for car service there to reduce my stress in order to enjoy the stay there. Heck, if you live there this can be a great option to you to.
I was browsing the net and came across this LaGuardia airport car service company called Dial 7. According to there site they have been touted as “the best ride in town” by New York Magazine, Dial 7 backs up that statement with over 30 years of professional, reliable car and limousine service. They pride ourselves on getting our clients to their destinations on time, every time. No matter how tight your schedule is, they also strive to accommodate all your transportation needs. Over the years, their dedication to such goals has made Dial 7 the leading limousine and car service in the New York area. NYC Car Service by Dial 7 offers transportation to and from Manhattan, Brooklyn, NJ and New York City. They have a fleet of over 450 late model sedans and Town Cars providing safe and reliable car service to NYC, NJ, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Any how, take a glance at there site and if you are planning to go to New York for the holidays or you live there give them a try and tell me you experience if you have already worked with this company too.

Was it just me or was today’s show just okay? I just finished watching it because I had to drop off our son to grandpa’s for the night. I was so glad I could fast forward through certain parts. The part of the show that got to me was when Kim was watching the video left by Bryan, the former red team member that was eliminated last week. It was emotional and Kim did change his life forever and that is what I liked about the show. The other thing that was interest in that the black team is getting a little big headed having the majority vote now. I guess that is the way it goes, but dang!
I was shocked that they voted Nicole off because this week she wasn’t the biggest threat. You know? But the black team sticks together and I guess that’s what a team member should do. What do you think about that? I am just praying that Neil remains to be in the final four. We have got to see a blue team member left. Who do you think will be in the final four? My thoughts are:
- Neil
- Bill
- Hollie
- Isabeau
Anyway we will see next week.

Well what can I say it Tuesday and I completed most of our housework yesterday and now today my son and I are just hanging out around the neighbor hood. I am not so motivated about exercise today, but I did complete 25 minutes of strength training on my legs. I just need to do legs extensions on the bowflex and hamstring curls too. Later I will… I WILL do 45 minutes of step aerobics. I really need the cardio to shed more weight.
As far as my meal plan today is kind of goofy.
- Meal 1: Protein bar by power crunch. It is so good. It taste like the vanilla wafer cookies. 15g protein! I also had a banana
- Meal 2: pancakes (huh? I know) Canadian bacon, banana
- Meal 3: Cheese, grapes
- Meal 4: Salmon, green beans, potato
- Meal 5: another protein bar.
I got something funny to tell you. I was thinking about what type of candy to purchase for stocking stuffers this Christmas with Fred (DH). I told him that I would buy regular candy for him and Arman and for me I would fill my stocking with candy like protein bars. hee hee He said I was nuts and laughed. But I think that is a great idea otherwise I will just eat and eat candy to no end. Well I am off to get my little on down for a nap so that maybe I can rest up too. I am still feeling tired today. Ugh..
Chat later! After the biggest loser of course

I was finding myself browsing the other day in my oxygen magazine and online for some nutritional supplements or a multi-vitaman that I can take on a daily basis as recommend by my doctor. I came across this site called choice nutritionals as I was browsing today. I found that they are a retailer that offer quality vitamins, minerals, nutritional supplements & nutritional supplement from Garden of Life, Mt. Capra, Sovereign Silver and Natural Calm. This includes products for the Makers Diet; primal defense, goatein, omegazyme, perfect food, air filters and water filters. They also offer organic skin & personal care items from Miessence, and organic essential oils from Oshadhi as well as high quality blenders from Ktec and dehydrators from Excalibur.
I have never heard of this company until today and they seem to have very good pricing for their line of products that is not outrageously expensive. The website is very simple and basic, so in essence it is easy to navigate. The don’t the popular brands that I know of, but it is a start. Have any of you heard of this company? Also have you used any of the supplements or vitamins? If so what is your favorite?

It’s Monday again and I am feeling a little blah today. I re-read my quote to get me fired up to exercise before going into work. I have already finished some of my housework such as: washing dishes, fixing dinner for my guys to eat later, washed clothes (now I just need to put 3 load of laundry away, grrr), and iron my uniform for work.
I guess I am kind of blah because I thought I would have seen 164 today on the scale, but not today. Is it plateau time again? If so it is time to switch up my meal plan a bit and switch up the workouts. yey… I will fix my attitude quickly today I promise, but the thing that has got me excited is that I will be picking up my elliptical training that I have been talking about all this time this weekend! Yey!!! That will totally help me when I get tired of DVD’s.
Well, I am off to get the laundry done and off to exercise..
