I can’t believe I am saying this but I am sooooo glad to not have to work today. It was so slow on Wednesday night to the point of where I was cleaning and finding new eye shadow combinations to try by Urban Decay. Delphine help? I am becoming a make-up crazed chick. hee hee :) I want to try jones, heat (graffiti color), and roach together. When I get I will try to take pics. I am thinking of a warm tropical eye. I also want the deluxe shadow kit by them too. Yikes!!
Anyway, today is a typical day. After my son and I play, do a little school work. I found these cute activity books I bought a long while ago and he is now old enough to use them. We were reading, practicing letters and numbers together. Now he is playing on his computer while I chat.

Well my plan today is to again do Tae Bo Amped, the full throttle workout, which rocks!! Then I will workout my abs and start lifting. I will workout:

  1. Biceps curls and hammer curls
  2. Arnold press
  3. triceps
  4. lat pull downs
  5. rear deltoid rows
  6. Shoulder workouts too.

My meal plans the usual and then I will get ready to finish decorating the Christmas tree and clean our master bathroom today too. Well I am off to run errands and workout!

See ya

I am back online!! We were having cable outages and now we are up and running again!! Thank goodness. I swear I was going through withdrawal!! I am always online and really need to finish my christmas shopping! Anyway…

Phew!! As I see 165lbs back on my scale. Man was I bloated after all of that Thanksgiving eating and to top that off TOM was coming too and is now in full effect. It feels good to be back to exercising and eating healthy again. I feel less lethargic and more energy has returned to me. Thank God. Today is my rest day from weights and cardio. You know it is important to give yourself a break so that your muscles can rest and repair themselves. I was reading this one bodybuilding.com and I am sure that other fitness experts and trainers would agree with me too. Even though I am taking a break today I am still drinking my 70 ounces of water and eating 100% to plan and I did. My meal was the typical:

  1. Meal 1: Eggs, ham, orange
  2. Meal 2: Protein shake, banana
  3. Meal 3: grapes, cheese
  4. Meal 4: tuna steak, green beans
  5. Meal 5: snack trail mix (My favorite!!)

Tomorrow (Thursday) I will be working out my upper body again and doing Tae bo amped!! I just know my entire upper half will be sore, but that’s okay! That part needs most of the work anyway.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket Aw man!! No more Red team. It saddens me to see that Bryan, who is such a hard worker and team player, had to go. I hate when people get scared and vote off their competition. I think that is the wimpy way to win. If I was on the show, I would want to compete against the best, not the people who are left on the show because the competition is a threat. What do you think? Don’t get me wrong, I love all of the people that remains on the show, but come on! When I hear people say I voted you off because you are a threat, I just hear in my head, I am going to vote you off because you are going to keep my butt. You know what I mean?

Bryan was an awesome role model on the show, he didn’t cheat, but like Kae played the game with integrity. I was in tears when Bryan started to cry, because he knew he was going home. He wasn’t crying because he was sad. He was crying because he was happy and proud of his journey he had made on the show and the journey that he will continue to make while he is gone. I can total relate. When you lose weight it is an awesome journey. You learn new things about yourself, you gain a wonderful since of confidence and you regain your health. Man I was a crying fool on Tuesday night. I loved it when “B” returned home to his family and they saw a new person and they were so proud of him. Then to see him lose more weight since leaving the show was fabulous!! I did not know that “B” sings (Check out the video) and he sounds wonderful!! What a nice plug the show did to give him so publicity on his talent. Way to go “B”!!!

I know I definitely can not wait to the finale show. Who do you think will win the $100,000.00 prize for the people that was sent home? My husband think Kae will win because no one will be able to reach the body fat percentage she has. My vote would be for “B” and Kae. Well, I am off.

  3. meal 3: Will be a protein shake
  4. Meal 4:  Tuna, green beans again
  5. Meal 5: Weight watcher chocolate Popsicle

As far as my exercise I will be working out my lower body. So here’s to strong quads, hamstrings, thighs and butt today!! Then I think I will attempt to do more cardio with my step aerobic DVD and my step bench up to the max. I thought that was a really good workout. Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket I remember when I used to work for a mortgage broker and every Christmas the company would have look around for gifts to give to their big clients in the area. They would want to send them something really special that they could enjoy with their friends and family. Not something cheesy that would end up in the trash like a pad of paper and pen with the company’s logo, but a gift basket filled with nuts, chocolates, and wine!

Are you a business owner and would like to impress your clients with a wonderful gift from your company this Christmas or just for your upcoming corporate event, but do not know where to begin? If so, you should check out this site called gimmees.com. This site is filled with wonderful ideas to promote the gift of giving through the many gift baskets or if you are looking for more promotional items to promote your business they also offer products to place your logo on custom imprinted pens, bags, cups and apparel. You will also . You’ll find promotional calendars, mouse pads, caps, hats and more. Take a glance and you will be amazed at their selection of products they have to offer any business.

Man, I was thinking I really would like to get away for a while with the family and all. Sometimes you get tired of the everyday hustle and bustle of work, customer service, responsibilities at home, and others. You know what I mean? It would just be great to escape to somewhere and do something fun and relaxing with the family. I was browsing around to find places to add to my must see or must visit collections for me and my family to visit in the future and I came across this really neat place.

The Blueberry Lake resort in located in the heart of Quebec, which is 25 minutes north of Mont Tremblant Canada. This resort offers a wonderful country experience in a well-appointed Quebec-style log home, with first class client services. They say on the site that if your stay is short or long, the sense of peace that overtakes you from the moment you arrive will delight you, ensuring that from now on, this will be your first choice for summer or winter vacations. Now thats right up my alley. I would love to visit this time of year because I kind of miss the snow. I am from the Midwest and the site of snow for the holidays is so beautiful to me.

The charms of each season complemented by a wide choice of activities make Blueberry Lake the ideal place to spend wonderful times with family, friends or groups, or to inspire excellent results from corporate events and meetings. The other amenities intrigued me to because they offer:

Today was a great day for getting back to good ole clean healthy eating, lifting, and cardio. I feel so much better just after today Besides the fact that I was going to the bathroom non stop. It must be all of the water I was retaining. Yey!! Today my son was just an angel we played together and I was working with him with his writing and counting. After that he wanted to play in his playroom, so I was like okay… and I went ahead and did 20 minutes of cardio. I did step aerobics and I even increased the intensity of my workout and raised up my riser to the max. Man, was I breathing hard, but awesome workout!
Then a bit later we were watching Aladdin in our bedroom and half way into the movie I decided that since the bowflex was looking at me I would work out my upper body. I ended up doing 30 minutes!! I even added in some free weights too. I am now lifting the 10lbs now! That’s good progress for me I was lifting 5lbs weights for my biceps, triceps, and shoulder workouts. Yahoo! Maybe next month I will be lifting so 15’s. hee hee
My meal plan was awesome today and I stuck to it 100%. I ate:

  1. Meal 1: protein Shake
  2. Meal 2: eggs, ham, and orange
  3. Meal 3: banana & string cheese
  4. Meal 4: Tuna steak & green beans
  5. Meal 5: snack trail mix

I also got in 64 ounces of water too!! So today I can smile and go to bed ready for tomorrow. I am off from workout so, I am going to do tae bo and workout my lower body. Then later I will watch the biggest loser!! I wonder what will happened this week? Well, I better go to bed now.

“One who fears failure limits his activities. Failure is only the opportunity to more intelligently begin again.”

-Henry Ford

Hey all, I like this quote because I have been unsuccessful with beginning my 32 day challenge in Friday. I find myself sneaking back into the left overs and that is not cool if I am going to lose 10-15 pound before Christmas. Today is a new day and I will get serious right now, today, this moment, this second and succeed with my goal!
