What have I been up took? Healthy eating, exercising and on track to getting back to my goal weight which is:

160 pounds!!

Current weight is now 170 pounds!!! YEY

This past week I lost 6 pounds and I am so excited!!! Because the holidays and working this Mary Kay (Any Mker’s out there?  I would love to get your opinion of this business.)can really get you off track.  So, with this new year I have set my boundaries and I am not letting anyone or anything get in my way of staying healthy and happy. I have set my schedule where my family and health comes first and anything after that will have to wait. How about that. I feel sooooooo liberated!!!

Today was wonderful. My 3 year-old son (he is so cute!! I just have to share some pics later) and I played at 3 parks, went to the pond and just enjoyed life, I ate on plan and I just finished my step aerobics and weightlifting and now I am about to treat myself to my last snack for the day which is a wonderful 110 calorie skinny cow vanilla and strawberry creamsicle. Let me tell you if you are looking for a wonderful sweet treat this is one your should add.

I could sure use some new workouts.  Don’t you get bored of the same routine??? I know I do. Tae Bo here, step aerobics there. Please tell me what you like to lose weight to?

At any rate, today was a very successful day so far.  I ate 100% to my meal plan, drank all my water, and in 1 hour I will be exercising to Kelly Robert’s Step It Strong DVD. It includes Interval Stepping with weights plus slow and full body training. My downfall is late night snacking, so I am testing myself today. Wish me luck on not falling tonight. What I am doing is saving my last snack after I exercise this evening so that I will not go to bed HUNGRY and ready to snack, snack, SNACK!! My goal is to loose 2 pounds this week. Check back next week for the results.

I am so happy I lost the weight with Nutrisystem. It is a easy plan to following without any stress, measuring, and counting calories. However, I would have never imagine this happening as a result of my weight loss through this program.  Last summer 2006 Nutrisystem invited me with 20 other people who lost weight with NS to a photo shoot in Philadelphia for the upcoming print ads that you may have seen on QVC, and now in Shape’s January issue and other fitness publications. How cool is that!! I had so much fun listening to the other invites weight loss stories and made a lot of new friends too. So I just thought to myself let me share the pics with you all too in hopes to inspire.
